In many parts of India, young girls dream of becoming scientists, doctors, or engineers, but financial difficulties often hold them back. To support these dreams, the Sashakt Scholarship was introduced. This scholarship helps bright, young girls from underprivileged and rural backgrounds study science in top Indian colleges.
This initiative is a big step towards promoting women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). It not only offers financial support but also encourages young girls to take up higher education confidently.
The scholarship is offered by Dr Reddy’s Foundation, a not-for-profit group that believes in giving equal opportunities to everyone, especially those who come from economically weaker families. Let’s understand more about this helpful scholarship in detail.
